Nation, after the recent Ward 13 Aldermanic Forum (hosted by the good people at CivicCamp), I had a chance to chat with candidate Trevor Hodge. With his eagle-eyed campaign manager standing guard while we stood under a street-lamp outside the venue, we were able to have a good chat without much in the way of interruption.
